We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.Expedited processing times are not yet available. Orders ship from our facility in California.
Returns & Exchange
Returns made within 30 days from receiving your order will be refunded in your original form of payment. The Returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to Return your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. Returns & Exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s).
Our Returns & Exchange Process:
- Regular priced items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
- Processing Returns may take up to 14 business days upon receival.
- We do not refund shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees associated with your order.
- Return packages are your responsibility until it is received by us.
- It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
- Store Credits and Gift Cards are non-refundable.

As a valued customer, please contact us if any merchandise you receive is defective, missing and/or incorrect. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving of shipment. We will do our very best to resolve your case in a timely manner.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail?If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, we will have to launch an investigation with shipping service provider. Based on the outcome of this investigation, will determine the next steps.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods send to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number in the subject line, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
In the case of returns, how do you handle the difference between a product quality problem (or, say, the wrong product shipped) vs. the customer changing his mind or wanting a different size?Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Cases where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense. If the item is returned to our facility, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
How long do I have to submit a return/exchange?Any returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
What happens if a package isn't delivered, but the tracking states that it did?This will be handled on a case by case basis. An investigation will be launched with the shipping service provider. Based on the outcome of that investigation, we will determine the next steps.
Does FedEx ship to PO Boxes?They don't ship to US based PO Boxes, but will ship to some international PO Boxes. We will not refund a FedEx shipping rate if a US based PO box is entered.
How Do I Return An Item?If you find any problems with your item(s), please email@example.com within 30 days and include details of your order and the reason for your Returns request. We only accept items in their original condition with their tags and packaging intact. Certain products are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
Will Shipping Be Covered For My Returns?In the case of faulty/incorrect/damaged items, we will cover the shipping charges. If Returns are made for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the Returns shipping cost.

What If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?If this happened to your order, please email@example.com and include details about your order. We will try our best to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Can I upgrade my shipping speed after submitting an order?Please firstname.lastname@example.org immediately within 24 hours since orders can move into production quickly! Shipped orders cannot be updated.
Why did my transaction fail?Don't worry! It happens sometimes. Transactions can be declined for several reasons. Sometimes you can guess why it was declined from the response code, but only your credit card issuer or financial institution can confirm the specific reason. The usual culprits are:
- Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
- Insufficient funds
- If you are outside the US, some credit card companies will reject international charges
- The customer's bank or credit card company was having technical issues when the order was processed
- If you made a large number of online purchases within a short period of time, some banks will reject the charges as a fraud prevention measure
How long does it take for my order to be processed?From the time your order is placed and the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider. Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
